This document is the file itself with no changes or compression. It is the largest of the three files  and will take the longest to download. About 5-7mins w/DSL

To properly download this file, do the following. 

Right click Mar 2007.p65 select "Save Target As", change the file extension from ".htm" to ".p65" and change "Save as Type" to all files.  Then tell it where you want the file saved and click save. The process will begin.

 This document must be unzipped first with winzip or some other software.  WinXP has built in software to uncompress. This file will take some time to download. About 5-7 mins w/DSL This document is ready for print if you don't need or plan to make any changes. It is the fastest download  About 10 Sec w/DSL

It does require adobe reader.
