Foreign Mission Support |
| St. John’s Foreign Mission Ministry started in 1976. This ministry provided
support for Sis. Verlene Farmer, Sis. Gladys East, and Sis. Erma Etheridge while they
served as missionaries in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. Furthermore, as a church, we
supported Sis. Janet Chapman, who served in Russia, and in Tanzania, East Africa. This ministry provides financial support, training opportunities, medical and school supplies, and clothing. The financial support for foreign missions is sent from the church to the Foreign Mission Missionaries who are supported by St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church.
